We left last Thursday evening and headed to Tabiona, UT... Ever heard of it??We hadn't either until we were invited to stay the weekend with Gordon's sister's fam.
It is past Strawberry Reservoir East of Provo.
Friday Gordon got up early and went fishing with Snap and Kirk. He even brought back some lunch! Yum :)
While Gord was gone Tydon stayed with me and played with his new friend Elli.
I finally finished some headbands my friend and I started a few weeks ago.
Some of the other guys brought back these yucky things...
Gord's niece Lindsey is really into making jewelry lately so the girls tried to get creative
And there always needs to be some friendly competition

Saturday we went down and watched the Tabiona 4th of July Parade
After the parade everyone went shooting...

After dinner a few of us girls went to the Rodeo

We finished the night off watching the town fireworks from the cabin.
Sunday on our way home we stopped to see a new lodge recently built in Tabiona. It is amazing!! Some people had stayed the night before so I took pictures of the detail throughout. The guy who owns the cabin is trying to keep prices down and only charges $100/room per night! It is gorgeous... There are 13 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a private, stocked fish pond and amazing views located on an elk farm. |

Actually yes, I have heard of Tabiona-keep on coming and you will be in Vernal. Looks like so much fun!!
It looks like you guys had a ton of fun! Lily sure misses you guys. Also, Tabiona is where Danton's grandparents went on there honeymoon! Crazy huh!
Wow, you can really see the differences between boys and girls. The girls are making all these adorable head bands and jewelry and they guys are fishing and bringing home all types of creepy crawlers. What a fun trip! I've never been to Tabiona but just another awesome place I want to see now!

Fun holiday time! Looks like it was a blast. And I love that game you guys played. I'm not good at it by any means but I love to play it!
