The last couple of weeks have been very busy and pretty emotional... As soon as Gordon accepted his offer and we knew we were moving to Utah it seems like December has come and gone without time to breathe!! We spent 4 days looking for a house and realized that living in Utah is NOT going to be cheap... We put a deposit down on a town house and after we got home it just didn't feel right so we continued to look and found the house we are in now which has been a blessing. (pictures to come in January) Moving meant that we needed to get our house ready to rent. We have renters in the basement so we decided to rent the top as well. So... we moved everything out of our house and into an enclosed trailer in our drive way for 2 weeks while we painted, carpeted, repaired and cleaned... I don't think I have been this stressed out in a LONG time!! We refinished our hardwood floors in the living room when we moved into the house 3 years ago, but decided carpet would be better for renters...
We planned to put carpet in our bedroom eventually, but of course NOW it happens :)
Our house was such an obstacle course!!
Yes I still cooked in here for 2 weeks!! Yikes.
Thank you so much to Gord's family and our friends that helped us!!
We LOVE you and appreciate all you do.

FINISHED PRODUCTPneumonia Scare
During the whole mess Tydon had a pretty bad cough and wasn't breathing too good so I took him to Urgent Care where the PA told me that he needed to be admitted to the hospital for pneumonia!! YES I was freaking out. We ended up taking him to the ER for a second opinion and they ended up giving him an antibiotic and sent him home. It all happened the same day as the Wood Family Christmas party, but we made it!
Tydon also had his FIRST visit to the DENTIST!!
My aunt Alison is a hygienist and was so good with him.
He was a big boy and left with a smile.
Love this kid!!
We are happy to be home for the holidays so we can spend time with family and friends before we officially move Utah.

*sigh* Moving is a lot of work. Even more when you own your house. I'm glad I didn't have to worry about painting on top of everything else.
I am so glad that all is working out for your family. Hope the job works out. I love to keep up with your family.
Gordon did such an amazing job with your house! It seems like there isn't anything that man can't do :)
We'll miss you in Idaho but I know you guys will have such a great time in Utah. With Gordon's handy abilities and your decorating skills any place you live will be gorgeous!
I can't believe Tydon already had a dentist visit, what a cute little man!
